At number 47 of the Passage des Panoramas, the oldest covered Parisian walkway, a unique place by its history and its decoration, the new café-bistro of the Alajmo brothers has opened.
Founded in 1834, the former Stern printmaking workshop, patronized by the aristocracy, is today classified a historical monument of France.
The mythical institution has remained empty for seven years after its move to the expanded rue du Faubourg St Honore.
