Two of the icons in the world of the hotels in preview unveil some of the surprises of their chefs in the French decor of their very beautiful suites.
The «Plaza Athénée,» pastry chef, Jean-Marie Hiblot, assisted by his deputy chief Alexan- der Dufeu, imagined a land size of alpine games for the red teddy bear, adorable mascot of the hotel. Big plump eggs in dark chocolate take them to the land of delights on a path strewn with gold shells deposited by the legendary hen.
This sculpture has a shape as generous as its concept as it will be auctioned to benefit research for cancer. Customers will be able to combine pleasure and good action, a tender thought in the philosophy of the Easter rebirth.
