The circuit, a true touring trip, includes eight separate journeys to be made in whole or in part, in either direction, by road or by train according to each rhythm. It covers about 1600 km and follows the most beautiful roads of Switzerland, exploring 44 attractions, four language regions, 11 places listed as World Heritage by UNESCO and crossing five mountain passes along 22 lakes.
From Geneva to Lausanne, from Basel to Bern or Lugano between history, culture, tra- dition and nature, wonderful panoramas are revealed over spectacular routes through the giant mountains of the Eiger and Jungfrau mountains, the summit of the Cervin, the terraced vineyards of Lavaux and the entire Swiss wine region.
This path in the footsteps of Heidi has led us to the discovery of tourist pearls with charming villages, sunny valleys and very romantic lakes.
