Everywhere in the world following projects multiply this trend to save masterpieces of architectural heritage that, without them, would have been destined to be abandoned.
Thus, in Berlin, the «Hotel ROME», former Dresdner Banke, has kept its beautiful strong room.
In Belfast, the «Hotel THE MERCHANT», still retains the charm and richness as a past inancial institution.
