of Mexico

The first exhibition in France dedicated to Lola Álvarez Bravo (1903- 1993), Mexican photographer of the twentieth century will be held from September 23 to December 12 at the House of Latin America in Paris.
This emblematic figure of the artistic renaissance that followed the Mexican Revolution in 1910 married Manuel Álvarez Bravo, another great photographer of his country. Both have worked to reveal the treasures of Mexican culture in black and white.
