Jerry Schatzberg, a young 91-year-old photographer, spent the first 14 years of his life in the Bronx.
His gaze is forever imbued with this neighborhood of New York. Basically, the talent of this child of a furrier of the
Bronx is to transmit us an emotion taken on the spot. His pic- tures became icons and his world-famous
films, including The Scarecrow, awarded the Grand Prix at the 1973 Cannes Film Festival, designate him as one of the
greatest artists of his generation. Jerry Schatzber captures the moment, so Bob Dylan masks his face during a session in his studio and
Jerry captures this intimate moment unveiling the musician even better than if he set his goal.
