With this first Parisian retrospective devoted to Albert Edelfelt (1854 -1905) one of the great masters of light painting, the Petit Palais continues to rehabilitate artists from the Nordic countries.
These hundred works by the Finnish painter from the end of the 19th century radiate a luminous density, like the artist’s famous clear eyes.
