In the final part, two famous paintings, «Ecce Homo», which symbolizes war, and «Meditation», the afflicted homeland, are two encrypted political messages.
The life of Francesco Hayez was long and exceptional, from a perso- nal point of view because he came from a very modest family who had abandoned him, but also for his dazzling and rich career which allowed him to achieve a certain notoriety.
A passionate artist, faithful to the civic values of his homeland, Hayez also knew how to express his love for feminine curves with a gentle sensuality.
