Azucena creates a factory in the heart of her lands where the fruits of her «Rosa Mosqueta» are carefully dried and sieved gently
after their harvesting by hand.
The precious and pure oil is obtained by the cold pressing of the seeds. The rest of the fruit is used in the composition of an exquisite tea rich in vitamin C, slimming and gastro-protective, which can make a delicious jam.
