He completely reinvented Room 506 of the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen, originally designed by Arne Jacobsen. The Danish designer has imagined for this place some of his most famous pieces such as the «Egg» and the «Swan» chairs. At the same time was born the beautiful «Drop» which, thanks to the work of Jaime Hayón, leaves the exclusive place to go into production as its sisters.
All aspects of this bedroom, furniture, lamps, artwork and bedspread, were designed by Jaime Hayón. He has created his FAVN TM sofa for Fritz Hansen thinking every detail to obtain a form that embraces the body and the soul in true comfort.
He has delighted in this unique experience that allowed him to plunge his Mediterranean roots in the northern ground.
Passionate of humor and elegance, Jaime Hayón is the image of his creations and now one of the most important designers of our time.
Recognized by his peers and contemporaries, he still has a lot of joyful fantasies to invent and to materialize.
