In front of him he carries big baskets full of the sweetest fresh fruits. He walks around selling his goods, stopping every now and then for a nice little chat with one of his many happy customers. But what makes the happy customers...happy customers? Is it the funny little apron he borrowed from his wife to protect his shirt or is it the anticipation of the wonderful taste of each and every pineapple he sells. All of this makes buying a Pineapple an entertaining experience but the most valuable good he sells is his daily good mood and his trusting friendliness. If you didn´t bring your Roupies down to the beach today but would die for a sweet little baby pineapple....well no problem he will tell you to eat it now and come back to pay him tomorrow. He always trust these ever changing hotel guests, will they just as well leave the next day...? But for him, that is not a question.
